EGENERA EXPANDS REACH IN EUROPE

Egenera Inc announced that it has established a subsidiary in Frankfurt, Germany, to capitalize on opportunities in the Central European region. From this location, Egenera will conduct business in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

The Frankfurt office is being staffed with sales, field engineering, channel-management, marketing and administrative personnel. Already, Egenera has started building a world-class customer base and reseller channel in the region, and is forging relationships with the leading names in high technology.
