- CADportal is written in Java using Grid computing architecture to
streamline and enable the CAD translation process. Grid technology enables
dynamic access to additional computing resources by integrating computers
over a network and dispatching jobs in parallel to multiple computer
nodes.
- TECH LABORATORIES INCORPORATES AUTONOMIC COMPUTING INTO DynaTrax
- This Autonomic management continually monitors the DynaTraX Technology
environment, generates events in the Common Base Event format, analyses
the information received, and by utilizing the Autonomic Management Engine,
executes a response based on a plan.
- AKAMAI UNVEILS WEB APPLICATIONS ON DEMAND
- Akamai introduced a series of Web applications that businesses can
rapidly deploy, without the need to purchase any hardware or other "fixed assets,"
and receive computing capacity when and where it is needed.
- PIPELINE CONTRACTOR SELECTS INTACCT/IBM ERP ON DEMAND SOLUTION
- O.J. Pipelines switched to Intacct to reduce operating costs and more
effectively collaborate with remote field teams, ensuring headquarters has
instant access to key financial information about each project.
