CALLIDUS SOFTWARE, ACTUATE RENEW STRATEGIC OEM AGREEMENT

Callidus Software Inc and Actuate Corp announced they have signed a five-year extension of their OEM agreement. Building on a six-year track record of success, this partnership provides Callidus customers with advanced reporting and analysis tools and a broader set of configuration and scalability options to improve visibility into sales performance.

By leveraging Actuate's Enterprise Reporting Application platform, Callidus has been able to deliver sophisticated reporting capabilities, providing customers with a tool to create highly formatted, pixel-perfect reports that replace paper-based processes. These reports also have the ability to recognize sales hierarchies, seamlessly reflecting changes at various levels and geographies. Callidus' TrueComp Suite software seamlessly communicates with Actuate's Enterprise Reporting platform to enable secure access to individual compensation and management reports online. By extracting critical business information from Callidus' data mart, managers can generate reports, view sales data and analyze sales performance trends quickly and easily, allowing them to continuously improve productivity.

In addition, Actuate's scalability and built-in security features combined with its Web-based architecture enable Callidus customers to provide sales performance information to users numbering anywhere from hundreds to hundreds of thousands.
