ISS Extends Preemptive Offerings To Protect Remote Offices

Internet Security Systems Inc announced the general availability of its Proventia M10 integrated security appliance. The Proventia M10 is designed to deliver robust security to remote offices at a level once available only to the headquarters of enterprise organizations. The increasing number of remote offices makes cyber-security an increasing concern as each employee's physical location multiplies the points of access for potential Internet attacks such as Worms or malicious code. The Proventia M10 is a single security device specifically designed to preemptively meet these needs.
