Q: How do I access GRIDtoday on the Web?

A: Once you have signed up for your FREE subscription you will receive a "Welcome to GRIDtoday" message via e-mail. This message confirms the activation of your subscription. Now go to the GRIDtoday Web page and assign yourself a username and password. (Click on "Password Registration".) When you are done with the username and password registration you will receive a confirmation that your registration process was successful. You now have unlimited access to GRIDtoday.

Q: I'm having trouble retrieving articles via e-mail. What could be the problem?

A: In order to retrieve articles via e-mail the address in the FROM line of your outgoing message must "mirror" the address on our mailing list. To change your registered e-mail address send a message to gridhelp@gridtoday.com.
