Callidus Appoints David Pratt To Board Of Directors
Callidus Software Inc announced the appointment of David Pratt to its board of
directors. Pratt brings more than 35 years of senior management, operational
and financial experience, having worked with global technology leaders, such
as Adobe Systems, Logitech and Quantum Corp.
"David is a great addition to our board of directors. He brings a wealth of
industry market experience and leadership to the Callidus board of directors.
His business acumen, depth of technical and operational knowledge, impeccable
reputation and proven track record of success will be invaluable as we
continue to deliver EIM solutions," said Reed Taussig, president and CEO of
Callidus Software.
Most recently, Pratt was CEO of AvantGo Inc, a provider of mobile enterprise
software, and prior to that, he served as CEO of gForce Systems and
FlashPoint. In addition, he served as COO of Adobe Systems, Logitech and
Quantum. During his 10-year tenure at Adobe, Pratt was instrumental in growing
the company's revenue from $50 million to $1 billion. As executive vice
president and COO of Logitech, he helped grow revenues by 50 percent. Pratt
currently serves on the board of directors for Plumtree Software, the
Mid-Peninsula YMCA and the SETI Institute, and has previously been a board
member for Wind River Systems, NCompass Systems and Punch Networks.
