Blade Fusion Joins Aladdin Secured Solution Partner Program
Aladdin Knowledge Systems Inc and Blade Fusion Technologies Ltd announced a
partnership that enables Blade Fusion's multi bladed security appliance
customers to easily deploy Aladdin's eSafe content security solution on their
fully automated security gateway. The partnership also adds Blade Fusion as
the latest member of the Aladdin Secured Solution Partner Program.
The integration offers customers an unparalleled combination of Aladdin eSafe,
a comprehensive, fully-integrated content security solution, and Blade
Fusion's IP-X multi bladed platform. The Aladdin-Blade Fusion integration
results in powerful, robust HTTP traffic scanning and comprehensive security
for Web-based malicious code, active content and viruses. Blade Fusion's
customers can now also benefit from eSafe's integrated traditional anti-virus
engine with proactive technologies that protect against sophisticated viruses
and against completely new malicious code, vandals, worms and Trojans.
Based on IBM's leading blade server, the IBM eServer BladeCenter, the Blade
Fusion IP-X 1000 product is the first multi-bladed appliance to run on two-way
Xeon 3.2G blades. The IP-X 1000 provides multi-gigabit performance, redundancy
at all system levels and for all elements (hardware, network and
applications.) Servicing and upgrades are easier and safer with true hot-swap
capabilities. Blade Fusion's IP-X 1000 also reduces costs in comparison to
alternative security solutions manually assembled from multiple individual
appliances, load balancers and switches.
