Aladdin eToken Now Supports Citrix
MetaFrame Products
Aladdin Knowledge Systems Inc, a Charter Alliance Partner in the Citrix
accessPARTNER Program, announced that its eToken authentication device now
supports Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server and MetaFrame Secure Access
Manager from Citrix Systems Inc.
Organizations using these Citrix products to centrally manage and deploy
applications and information can now implement eToken for powerful, two-factor
authentication of both local and remote users with a simple USB smartcard.

powerful authentication offered by the Aladdin eToken," said Jeff Johnstone,
business development manager of NCC Networks, an Elgin, Ill.-based reseller of
both Aladdin and Citrix products. "The combination of Citrix and eToken

eToken's support of the Citrix Independent Computing Architecture (ICA) and
Citrix Web-based Access Clients provides simple, yet powerful, security of
corporate information assets:
- eToken with Citrix ICA
- Known as the "thin" protocol, ICA enables Citrix MetaFrame
Presentation Server to separate application logic from the user interface.
The application executes 100 percent on the server and only screen updates,
mouse movements and keystrokes are transmitted via the Citrix ICA session.
eToken is compatible with the Citrix ICA Client, providing strong two-factor
authentication for remote users accessing sensitive data.

- Citrix MetaFrame Secure Access Manager provides secure, single-point
access over the Web to any enterprise resource, including client/server,
legacy, Web applications, Internet and intranet sites, streaming media,
documents, network file services and XML-based Web services. With a set of
easy-to-use tools, IT administrators enable browser-based access configured
for each user's business needs, with secure connectivity over the Web. eToken
seamlessly integrates with Citrix's browser-based client, providing unmatched
authentication for remote users of MetaFrame Secure Access Manager.
