E.piphany Hosts "On-Demand
Technology For CRM" Webinar
E.piphany Inc, a full-suite provider of customer relationship management
(CRM)
solutions, hosted a free European Webinar on Nov. 5, highlighting on-demand
technology for CRM. Industry experts from E.piphany, IBM and Accenture
discussed how companies can achieve maximum value from their technology
investments and profit in an on-demand environment. Additionally, the Webinar
featured the CRM successes of E.piphany customer, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines,
the fourth largest airline in Europe.
Attendees learned how organizations can optimize success by building an
on-demand backbone and deploying CRM applications built for on-demand.
