Cysive Releases Cysive Cymbio
Interaction Server 4.0
Cysive, Inc. announced the availability of the Cysive Cymbio Interaction
Server 4.0. Cysive Cymbio is User Interaction Management (UIM) software that
delivers a seamless user experience across devices, applications and
intermittent connections.
Cysive Cymbio 4.0 expands the capabilities of Cysive Cymbio by adding:
- A web-based alert management application
- Support for new channels including JMS and the emerging peer-to-peer JXTA
standard
- Usability enhancements to the interaction design studio
- Management of federations of Interaction Servers through the management
console
"Cysive Cymbio 4.0 enables companies to make systems work the way users
expect
them to," said Nelson Carbonell, president and CEO of Cysive, Inc. "Cysive
Cymbio is the first product in the industry to manage user interactions across
multiple devices and applications, intermittent connections and long
transactions."
The Cysive Cymbio Interaction Server replaces the presentation tier in the
enterprise with an interaction tier that manages the state of user
interactions and delivers information in real time to users of company
systems, from customers to sales teams, from field force to customer service
representatives.
