Object Management Group To Meet In
Paris
Members of the Object Management Group (OMG) will meet in Paris, France the
week of June 2 through 6, 2003. Members will work the organization's
technology adoption process, attend a day-long seminar "CORBA in Action" and a
series of tutorials, and view demonstrations of products implementing OMG
specifications.
Special Event: CORBA in Action
This full-day seminar will focus on CORBA applications today, and the ROI
benefits for companies that deploy them. Following a keynote by OMG Chairman
and CEO Dr. Richard Soley, presentations will cover the CORBA and CORBA
Component architectures, and detail case studies of recent implementations.
Anyone is welcome to attend. The cost of the full-day event is $150.00 USD
plus 19.6% VAT , which includes lunch and two coffee breaks. Those registered
for the OMG technical meeting may attend the CORBA seminar without additional
