HP Hosts Grid Computing Symposium
In Amsterdam
On Tuesday May 20, HP will host a Grid Computing Symposium with sessions
presented by experts on grid computing from HP, Platform Computing, BAE
Systems, KTH and Avaki. This Grid Symposium is offered as part of the
CUO/Interex/DECUS European Users Conference & Expo, the RAI Conference Centre,
Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The symposium will provide updates on the HP grid computing strategy,
solutions and futures. Various customer experiences and approaches will be
discussed to help guide you in developing your own grid environment.
Participants are invited to start the day at the Intel keynote session from
9:00 to 10:15. The Grid Computing Symposium sessions will take place in the
Park Hall at the RAI Conference Centre from 10:25 to 17:30. Lunch will be
served adjacent to the Park Hall. There will be ample time to network with
other attendees, and visit the exposition to see the latest equipment and
solutions from HP and partners.
CUO/Interex/DECUS European Users Conference & Expo is a new and integrated
event that combines the former Compaq Users Organization, Digital Equipment
Corporation Users Symposium (DECUS), the International Tandem Users Group
(ITUG) and HP user groups. The new organization unites over 70,000 IT
professionals in Europe and the Middle East. The conference provides the ideal
forum for users of pre-merger HP and Compaq products and services to share
insights with a broad group of IT professionals.
